Every year before Christmas the showcases of Kaufhof Cologne-Hohe Str. are home of Steiff's animals.
For the young and the young at heart it is always an experience!

After the years 2000 and 2003 we travelled again to Bad Pyrmont from June, 26th till July, 1st. As in the past we stayed in the Hotel
Guesthouse "Zur Windmühle" in Bad Pyrmont - Eichenborn.
During those six days we visited Bad Pyrmont as well as Polle, Bodenwerder, Hämelschenburg and Abbey Corvey.
At June, 29th we stayed at least the whole day in Hanover's Zoo.
Hint: If you want to visit this Zoo you should bring a lot of time with you...
Another interesting place to visit is the Westphalian Open-Air Museum in Detmold.
On our way home to Cologne we made two pauses - one at the Hermann Monument in Detmold and one at the Extern Stones in Horn-Bad Meinung.

Now it is autumn in Germany. And because of the very nice weather the fantastic colors of "Indian Summer" are shown by nature.Do I have to tell you that it is a big fun to take photographs of that? Don't think so...

We visited the Canary Island of Tenerife in June 2008.
From Puerto del la Cruz via Masca to the Cañdas we got over some altitude difference...
